Just recently, Watch Dogs developer Ubisoft resolved authentication services issues that some players were experiencing.
Now, the developer is working to resolve loading screen issues that are plaguing some players.

We’re aware some of you are stuck on the loading screen. We’re hard at work on isolating the problem to find a fix. (1/2)
