Full Schedule of Panels on Guidebook Mobile App

SEATTLE – Amy Hennig, the former creative director of the Uncharted series and current senior creative director of Visceral Games, will deliver the opening keynote at PAX West 2016.  The full schedule of panels will be live on the Guidebook mobile app later this week.

Hennig worked with Naughty Dog for more than a decade, helping craft the Uncharted franchise and one of modern gaming’s most iconic heroes. At Visceral Games, she is working on a project based in the Star Wars universe.

“Amy’s revolutionary work on the Uncharted series played an immeasurable role in shaping the modern gaming landscape,” said Jerry Holkins, co-founder, Penny Arcade. “We’re thrilled PAX West attendees will have the chance to listen to one of gaming’s leading visionaries.”

PAX West will be held at the Washington State Convention Center from September 2 – 5, 2016. The show is sold out of attendee badges.  Journalists as well as content creators on YouTube and Twitch who are interested in attending to create coverage of the event and exhibitors can register for a media pass at http://west.paxsite.com/registration.

PAX West will be followed by PAX Aus, occurring November 4-6, 2016 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Single day badges ($60 AUD) as well as three-day passes ($160) are now available for purchase: paxaustralia.com.au/registration.

Dates and badge availability for PAX South and PAX East 2017 have not yet been announced.

The PAX series of shows (West, East, South and Australia) comprise some the world’s largest gaming festivals, with each event entertaining tens of thousands of guests. PAX events connect leading tabletop and video game developers directly to passionate gaming audiences, providing a space where gaming culture is celebrated through panels, demos, concerts, tournaments and freeplay sessions.
