PayPal is the new official payment platform partner for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League and Majors
SAN FRANCISCO – Today, Ubisoft and PayPal announced that PayPal is the new official payment platform partner for Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League and Majors. This key partnership, which illustrates the title’s eSports expanded reach and importance, will extend from November 2018 through November 2019 across North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Introduced at the Pro League Season 8 Finals in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this partnership will cover Pro League Season 9 and 10 as well as the Six Invitational 2019 and the second edition of the Six Majors, taking place in summer 2019.
The Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege community is now more than 40 million players strong, and eSports plays an essential role in its engagement and evolution. This vibrant community will gather at the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League Season 8 Finals, which will host more than 8000 fans per day at the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on November 17-18.
