Tokyo Game Show 2017: All Eight Titles for e-Sports X Selected for Both BLUE and RED Stages

TOKYO GAME SHOW 2017 has determined that all competition titles and schedules for the organizer event e-Sports X (“e-Sports Cross”) to be held on the special stage in Hall 11 over the two Public Days Saturday, September 23 and Sunday, September 24.

e-Sports X is PlayStation presents BLUE STAGE (stage sponsored by Sony interactive Entertainment Inc.) and Samsung SSD presents RED STAGE (stage sponsored by Samsung Japan), and heated battles of a total of eight competition game titles will take place on them over the two days. Multiplayer fighting and FPS (first-person shooters) are popular genres in e-Sports. These will be featured on both stages along with titles in a variety of genres enjoyed by adults and children, including smartphone game apps. Experience at the Tokyo Game Show the worldwide excitement over e-Sports as a new culture for games which are well-suited to competitive meets.

Details: With Battle Arena―PSO2’s first multiplayer battle content―as its
event, the official national finals of the ARKS Battle Tournament  (ABT) 2017 was held in August. The top players in that tournament  and PSO2 official stream personalities will play an exhibition  match in mixed teams on the e-Sports X stage!The development team  will also be providing commentary on the Battle Arena.
