Nintendo has released the latest update for the 3DS, 3DS XL, and 2DS systems. The highlights of the update include adding Miiverse and Nintendo Network IDs. Below is the full list from Nintendo.
Main changes for version 7.0.0-13U
Update Released: December 9th, 2013
- Added support for Nintendo Network IDs
- Added support for Miiverse
- Added a Software Update Notification
- Removed the limit to system transfers
- Changed the start-up method of Nintendo 3DS Camera from the HOME Menu to require pressing the L and R Buttons simultaneously
- Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience
