Gladiators Online Now Available on Steam

VALLETTA, Malta – Nov. 4, 2015 – The gates to the Colosseum are now open as Gladiators Online: Death Before Dishonor by Dorado Gamesa real time action game featuring gladiatorial combat, arrives on Steam.

At the core of Death Before Dishonor is an exciting combat system putting players in control of a gladiator and pitting them against another player’s warrior in a literal fight to the death, with losing gladiators permanently disappearing from the roster.

In order to avoid such a fate, gamers must not only strengthen their fighters by tactically equipping gear and abilities that accentuate their strengths, but also sharpen their own skills, for only the most prepared gladiator with the most skilled player will live to see another day.

When not fighting in the arena, players assume the role of a gladiatorial school owner and must look to purchase the strongest fighters by bidding in dynamic auctions against other players. Once owned, it’s up to the player to strategically train and equip their gladiator before taking them in to battle to bring glory to their house!

Game Features

  • Action based tactical combat allowing players to out-skill their opponents
  • Rogue-like permanent death system for all gladiators if killed or executed
  • Bid against rivals in online auctions to secure only the best warriors
  • Equip gladiators with more than 60 combat skills and 600 items
  • Tend to fighters by hiring staff types such as Doctors and Courtesans
