Gameloft & Kamcord Partner to Host Heroes of Order & Chaos Biggest Mobile eSports Events

Gameloft and Kamcord partner to host one of the biggest eSports events in mobile gaming history, the Heroes of Order & Chaos International Series Winter Tournament.

A total of 32 teams will be competing on 2 servers in the Winter Tournament and battling it out for a total prize pool of $50,000 USD including cash prizes, exclusive in-game items and branded physical goods.

Heroes of Order & Chaos already boasts highly competitive play with ranked seasons and fan-run tournaments, taking advantage of features like Spectator Mode,” said Baudouin Corman, General Manager of the Americas. “For Gameloft and our community, eSports is the logical next step.”

The Winter Tournament is partnered exclusively with Kamcord to be streamed on Gameloft’s channel. Spectators will get to watch the action live with casting by top Heroes of Order & Chaos commentators. Gameloft will also be offering limited-edition hero skins for players to commemorate the event, available only during the tournament.

“To make an eSports event truly engaging and successful, you need the participants, the game’s developer, and the streaming platform to all align closely. This is no small task,” said Eric Edelman, Kamcord’s Director of Partnerships. “We feel fortunate to be working with Gameloft and their awesome community to host this tournament and push eSports forward on mobile. I’m confident that fans will have a blast watching top notch Heroes of Order & Chaos matches unfold!”

Heroes of Order & Chaos recently celebrated 3 years on the App Store. As the most complete MOBA available on mobile, Heroes of Order & Chaos is on par with PC titles and includes features like:

  • 3 maps hosting 3v3 and 5v5 matches
  • Over 57 heroes
  • A built-in live Spectator Mode and replay saves
  • Ranked seasons and guilds for competitive players

Spectators can catch matches beginning this weekend on Gameloft’s Kamcord Channel by visiting here. To learn more, view tournament brackets and highlights, visit here.
