Game Convention Seoul to feature the latest gaming companies, esports tournaments, console and PC gaming zones while being held alongside Comic Con Seoul.
Seoul, Korea — ReedPOP, the world’s largest producer of games and pop culture live events such as PAX, EGX, and New York Comic Con, will be bringing a new community focused gaming convention to Seoul, Korea, to be held at Coex on August 3rd-5th, 2018.
Game Convention Seoul will feature an enormous amount of gaming areas including PC, online gaming, arcade games, console, VR/AR, mobile, retro, and tabletop gaming. Additionally there will be all-day LAN parties, large scale esports tournaments, pro-gamer collaborations, panels and talks with game developers, and more.
“Seoul is a hub of game development and gaming fans,” says Guy Blomberg, ReedPOP Global Gaming Content Director. “Creating a true gamer community driven event gives players the chance to come together and celebrate their gaming passions, and allows both local and international developers to showcase their games.”
The event will be launched alongside Comic Con Seoul, the largest pop culture entertainment event in Korea.
