Just last month, the Humble Store became a permanent storefront for charity.
EA’s COO Peter Moore just donated $1.65 million dollars to the American Cancer Society, as you can see from his official tweet below:
So proud of Team EA in raising $10.5M from the Humble Bundle, $1.65M of which goes to the American Cancer Society @EA pic.twitter.com/5VfUx72keY

The donation is part of the $10.5 million EA raised with the Origin Humble Bundle. EA did not take any of the revenue, but instead nominated the Human Rights Campaign, Watsi, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society and GamesAid as beneficiaries. Purchasers are able to choose which charity or charities they wanted their payment to benefit, or accept a default, even split.
