Developer Refract Studios has announced that its survival racing game, Distance, will be heading to Steam Early Access in the Fall.
Distance is a survival racing game for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It combines the intense action of arcade racing with the exploration of a mysterious world. You control a unique car that allows you to boost, jump, rotate, and even fly through a chaotic city.
Distance is currently released in a private beta to its early backers. The next release will be a public beta distributed on Steam Early Access this fall (exact date to be determined).
Choose either the regular Distance, or go crazy with the Deluxe edition to also grab the soundtrack and digital art book once they’re available. Pre-ordering gives you immediate access to the Private Backer Forum which includes:
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes dev updates
- Access to the development screenshots and videos
- Early previews of the soundtrack (sample)
- And a free Distance wallpaper pack!
Pre-ordering gives you access to all Distance public beta (Steam Early Access) updates as they become available, and you’ll get the final game once it’s released!
