CHIME SHARP Soundtrack Lineup Announced

Game publisher Chilled Mouse has revealed the complete list of artists whose music tracks were selected as the foundation for the anticipated music puzzle title, Chime Sharp. Coming to Steam late June, Chime Sharp emphasizes the connection between interaction and audio as players tassel around various shapes on the grid while remixing popular pop melodies. Music is the core of the whole Chime Sharp gameplay experience, therefore the tracklist was carefully selected to bear just the right amount of hypnotic ambience, captivating music fans and gamers for hours of continuous, engaging play.

We’re so excited that there’s going to be a Chime Sharp level based on our song, Science/Visions“, said Iain Cook of Chvrches. “I can’t think of another game which gives the player such a satisfying interaction between music and the game world.

I’m super happy to be included amongst this troop of great musicians on Chime#“, said Andy Hung, who recently collaborated with Brit Award winner Beth Orton on her album “Kidsticks”. “Puzzles and music are an excellent combination!

About Chime Sharp

Described as a crossover between a music sequencer and Tetris, Chime Sharp tasks players to place various shapes together in a race against the clock, while the passing beatline reads the blocks as notes, remixing melodies from various pop songs. The goal is to cover the whole playing grid by completing quads of 3×3 or more and generate points while enjoying melodic works by musicians from around the world. With a brand new song list, fifteen unique levels and experimental modes, the beloved Chime is finally back and ready to shine in its complete makeover.

Chime Sharp is currently on Steam Early Access.
