BATTLEJACK First Major Update Casts Players into the Dark Maze

NEXON and Grand Cru have released the first major update for Battlejack, the mobile fantasy card battle RPG (roleplaying game), with the Dark Maze. The update unlocks the Dark Maze, a brand new survival challenge mode in which players can test their battled-hardened heroes, skills and luck. The new mode will send players exploring the depths of a massive maze, battling more than 150 new monsters along their journey. The Dark Maze will transform at the end of each in-game season, offering players a new path, challenges and enemies to battle on a regular basis.

On their quest through the Dark Maze, players will collect valuable new items including Shiny Bits which can be used to buy powerful new items, Zibuls which are new awakening materials that will help sustain and power-up their heroes in the maze, and Hero pieces to craft heroes. In addition, players can now enlist Tinker to craft minor healing potions by combining Enhanced Water and Stimulant.

Battlejack is a deep and strategic RPG experience with gameplay rooted in an innovative twist on blackjack. Players will embark on an epic quest to battle evil forces across a mythical fantasy world called Midgard. Hundreds of mighty heroes are available for players to collect, fuse and evolve as they journey through a story featuring more than 100 challenging levels, each with unique and powerful enemies. Battlejack seamlessly blends an immersive RPG system into the high-risk, high-reward formula of blackjack, adding a completely new level of power and strategy into a player’s hand.
