PLAY Expo Manchester Brings Tekken 7 to the Show

The Year’s Most Anticipated Fighting Games Hit EventCity Manchester!

Manchester, England – September 29, 2016 – PLAY Expo Manchester, the largest video game expo in the North of England, announced today that BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment UK will be bringing the years most anticipated fighting games, TEKKEN 7 and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 to the two-day celebration of gaming, taking place at EventCity, Manchester, October 8th and 9th 2016.

TEKKEN 7 returns the storied fighting game franchise to its purest form with bone-crushing head-to-head bouts, new developments in the game’s canon storyline centred on the struggle for power amongst the members of the Mishima clan, and technical prowess that will take the fighting game circuit by storm. Powered by Unreal™ Engine 4 for the first time ever,TEKKEN 7 delivers numerous new modes and enhancements, including an epic Story Mode that enables players to fully experience TEKKEN’s canon storyline. Players will also be able to play as new fighters such as Kazumi Mishima, Claudio, Josie, Shaheen, Katarina, Lucky Chloe, Gigas, and Akuma from the Street Fighter™ franchise amongst an impressive stable of fighters for the first-time-ever outside of arcades.

The most expansive Dragon Ball videogame experience to-date. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has been developed to fully utilize the power of current generation gaming consoles and PCs. Building upon the highly popular Dragon Ball Xenoversewith enhanced graphics that will further immerse players into the largest and most detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed.Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 features a new hub city and the most character customisation choices to date among a multitude of new features and special upgrades.

Visitors to PLAY Expo will have the opportunity to play both games for free and, should they choose, pay a small entry free to take their skills further, with both games starring in tournaments on the Fighting Stage powered by MBA (Manchester Battle Arena).
