Nickelodeon Announces 3rd TV Series Inspired Global App Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Portal Power App

First-Time Feature on App Allows Users to Play All Four Turtles Simultaneously

It’s a new year and the Turtle clan is ready to celebrate with the newest global app, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Portal Power. Marking the third app inspired from Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series, this action-packed game will allow players to control all four half-shell heroes together as the Turtles travel through different dimensions to stop Shredder and his evil clan from unleashing a diabolical plot. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Portal Power is available now on the App Store, Google Play and for Fire tablets.

In the app, users can choose their favorite Turtle or control all four at once to navigate unique combat controls, signature ninja moves and outrageous costumes to portal their way through wild dimensions to prevent Shredder and the Kraang from taking over New York City.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Portal Power additional app features:

  •  New worlds and dimensions including a corrupted version of NYC, Frost World, Magma World and Shredder’s Shadow World.
  • Special costumes and pizza to power up and unlock even more ninja moves and levels.
  • Encounter never-before-seen enemies and creatures exclusive to the game.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Portal Power joins a successful line-up of two other global apps inspired by Nickelodeon’s hit CG-animated show. The first, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Rooftop Run was #1 among all paid apps in the U.S. and in more than 80 territories around the world when it launched in April 2013.  The second, TMNT Battle Match, debuted December 2015, and lets kids connect matching puzzle tiles that grant them special moves and powers in order to battle enemies in outer space. The series, now in its fourth season, will return with new episodes Sundays at 11:00 a.m. (PT/ET) beginning Jan. 10.
