Independent game developer, Muse Games, has announced that they just finished up their latest Guns of Icarus Alliance test session with 35,000 players who came out and experienced the latest action in the skies. Between all those players, a total of about 100,000 hours of Alliance were played, making this open period the largest one yet!

The introduction of the latest faction leadership tools provided some amazing tactical choices with allegiances being signaled to all players. Leading to 20% increase in participation rate in both territorial conquest and war coin boost aspects of the war.

Muse Games is also happy with the overwhelming positive responses to the two new heavy weapons. The Heavy Remote Mine Launcher, which sends a storm of high powered explosives into the sky, and the Heavy Cavitation Gun, which fires a singularity that piercing ships, were used to great effect and much applause.
