Christmas Events to Come In December
LOS ANGELES (Nov. 28, 2016) – Over one million players have downloaded GUARDIAN CODEX, the addictive mobile role-playing game from SQUARE ENIX, since the game’s recent launch on November 4.
As a gesture of gratitude to the fans, Square Enix is giving away 1,000 Codex Credits (in-game currency) for a limited time until 6:59 a.m. PST on November 29. This is limited to players who played the game by 6:59 p.m. PST on November 29.
From 7 a.m. PST on November 30, a holiday log-in bonus will also start. By logging in every day, players can receive magic stones, which are used to enhance Guardians, and other special rewards.
In December, some Guardians such Banshee and Nike will appear as new Guardians with Christmas costumes.
Moreover, holiday event sites are also scheduled in December.

GUARDIAN CODEX features a full single-player story that takes place in a world split between the Empire and Resistance forces. Players become agents sent on a mission into the virtual “Codex” to find the legendary Guardians and battle against the Empire. On their mission, players can recruit and form teams, work together in multiplayer mode, battle against waves of enemies and much more.
GUARDIAN CODEX is available now as a free-to-play app (with in-app purchases) through the AppStore and GooglePlay.
