“Both Esper 1 and Esper 2 received a great reception on Gear VR last year, and the momentum has only increased with our recent launch of Esper 2 on Oculus Rift”, said Tom Beardsmore, CEO at Coatsink. “We’re excited to be bringing Esper 1 to Rift in a month or so to allow Rift users to experience everything Esper has to offer, bundled together at a good price. Also, as a thank-you to the Esper 2 early adopters, we are giving them Esper 1 at no extra cost once the bundle update goes live.”

About Esper 1

Esper is a first-person Oculus Rift/Samsung Gear VR puzzle game set in 1975. Certain members of the public have begun to display extra-sensory abilities, and under the guise of national security, the government panics and starts forcing citizens to undergo rigorous aptitude tests. As one of these people, players will be ‘encouraged’ by a government contractor to prove they are not a threat by completing various puzzles through the use of telekinesis.

About Esper 2

The game expands considerably on its predecessor, moving beyond the confines of the lab of Esper into exotic locales, as well as offering more and more varying puzzles. Esper 2 also features a dynamic array of new characters voiced by notable actors Nick Frost, Lara Pulver and Sean Pertwee, who join Eric Meyers, the esteemed vocal talent from the original game.

Esper 2 is now available for Oculus Rift on the Oculus Domain for $ 9.99 / £7.99, as well as for Gear VR on the Samsung Gear VR Store for $9.99 / £7.99.
