Daedalic Entertainment Studio West has been officially included into the Dev Grant Program of Epic Games and will be featured during the Nordic Games Conference at the Unreal Engine booth
The Long Journey Home, the Space Exploration RPG by Daedalic Entertainment Studio West will be officially supported by the Unreal Dev Grants Program from Epic Games. During the Nordic Games Conference in Malmö, Sweden, Epic Games also supports Daedalic Entertainment’s affiliate company. The studio gets the chance to present their game directly at the Unreal Engine booth.
The Unreal Dev Grants Program is an initiative by Epic Games, with total funds of $5,000,000 supporting innovative projects using the Unreal Engine 4. In the latest round of Unreal Dev Grants, Epic Games awarded financial support to five Unreal Engine 4 teams for their work.
The Long Journey Home is a Space Exploration RPG that combines the best of classic space adventures like Starflight and Star Control II with the replayability of modern roguelikes, in a procedurally generated, endlessly surprising living universe inspired by beloved modern Science Fiction shows like Farscape and Firefly.
