Diablo III Might Be Playable Offline on PS3 and PS4

During an interview with GameTrailers, Sony’s Geoff Keighly said the following regarding Diablo III on the PS3 and PS4:

“You can have four people on the same screen – no split-screen, we just zoom the camera out. Or if you’re offline…”

Keighly was then interrupted, unable to finish his sentence. Judging from the quote, it would suggest that players can play four-player same-screen co-op offline with friends. Perhaps more information will be released regarding Diablo III on the PS3 and PS4 in the future? What do you think about this possibility for Diablo III?
