The newest part of the popular Construction Simulator franchise is currently in development for iPhone and iPad as well as smartphones and tablets using the Android operating system.

Construction Simulator 2 takes the player to the fictional US-American federal state of Westside Plains, where he will receive the opportunity to work his way up from being the owner of a small construction company to becoming the biggest real estate tycoon in town.
