The Bloodsports.TV crew have also come up with some toys for the Gladiators to play with. The Salvaged Circuit Board let’s you supe up your Botjacker “Anna” 4000 or Super-Duper Nailgun. Speaking of which, the Super-Duper Nailgun is one of those new toys. this bad boy does a ton of damage as well as causing bleed for additional passive pain. The Cosmic Relay supports nearby allies with Vamp Strike and increased movement as well as exploding for massive carnage if it’s wearer is killed. Last but by no means least is the Vigilante Cape. Feeling sadistic? This bad boy targets another Gladiator and transfers 60% of the damage to the owner of the cape!
Inspired by classic hero siege and defense games, Bloodsports.TV takes place in a Gladiator style arena set in a ravaged post-apocalyptic Stockholm, that’s been feeling the effects of nuclear detonations, kinectic impacts, bio-weapon plagues and all-consuming nano storms. Combatants battle an endless onslaught of angry villagers, mutants and animals to the sound of a quirky commentator, who provides a minute by minute commentary to the vicious, bloody entertainment, in this fast-paced approach to strategic co-op games.
